This Fort Worth bathroom already featured gorgeous marble floors and vanity countertops, but the shower and drop-in tub were dated and didn’t reflect the homeowner’s vision. Wanting to preserve the natural stone, our clients decided to focus the remodel on the tub and shower area.

We removed the old tub and replaced it with a modern, freestanding one, which allowed us to expand the shower. To maintain continuity with the existing marble flooring, we sourced a tile very similar to the original to place beneath the new tub. Inside the new shower we built a bench and installed a gorgeous ribbed blue wall tile and a complementary pebble tile that the homeowner selected with one of our designers. Now, supported by the original marble, the shower and tub are the focal point of this bathroom.
