For this project, we were able to transform the second floor of a detached garage into a fully finished game room and hangout space. The space was built out with LVP flooring, recessed lighting, and a mini-split for year-round comfort. We built a kitchenette using ready-made cabinets, quartz countertops, and a tiled backsplash. With a beverage fridge and microwave our clients young boys have everthing they could need in one space.

The standout feature is the mechanical attic lift  that descends from the third-floor storage space, making it easier to move storage items up and down.

The interior garage staircase was relocated to a new steel exterior staircase with a horizontal rail system, freeing up square footage inside and giving the structure a clean, industrial look. The entire building exterior was repainted, tying the finished space together from the outside in.
