Modern Green Kitchen in Dallas, TX

This Dallas kitchen was small and dysfunctional, but we knew the space had more potential. To make it more functional, we removed the column, closing in one side of the kitchen and shifting the entry to make room for a new cabinet run. The result is a clean L-shaped kitchen with significantly more counter space and storage than before.

The new cabinet run allowed the sink to be relocated to a more functional position along the extended wall. Where the refrigerator wall lost storage due to the entry shift, upper cabinetry was extended overhead to recover what was taken.

Every finish was replaced from the floor up, from the dark sage green ready-made cabinets to the white quartz countertops and a white subway tile backsplash that create a very modern look. We installed a black industrial-style faucet, an undermount sink, and matte black hardware throughout. The original floors were swapped for a dark tile-look LVT.
