During this whole-house remodel, we gave this home a completely new look, starting with a major transformation in the kitchen. We removed the load-bearing wall separating it from the living room, eliminating the existing arches and creating a much more open layout.

The kitchen was completely redesigned with ready-made cabinets, quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash that extends all the way to the ceiling. We shifted the pantry door and removed the existing oven cabinet, replacing it with a range and extending the cabinetry around the cooktop. A large blue island creates a striking contrast with the white perimeter cabinets and features waterfall countertop edges. We also built a custom vent hood to match the island.

The updates continued throughout the rest of the home with new flooring and fresh paint. We completely renovated the staircase with LVP treads, painted risers, a custom-stained newel post and handrail, and new metal balusters. The homeowner whitewashed the fireplace themselves, and we completed the area with a custom mantel.

The finished home feels brighter, more open, and much more cohesive from room to room.
