This project in Colleyville was so fun to help bring to life. Their old layout felt choppy and disconnected, and was not ideal for entertaining. So, they worked with an outside interior designer to improve the flow of the home. We swapped the dining room and the formal living room and added huge patio slider party doors on the new living area, along with an electric fireplace, to set the mood for parties year round! We refreshed the fireplace in the second living room, too, refacing it with a granite slab and a stained mantel. The real star of the show, though, is the kitchen. We removed a powder bathroom to enlarge the kitchen and pantry, using the plumbing from the existing sink for a pot filler for their new coffee bar wall. We installed new, custom cabinets (some with glass doors), a custom vent hood, quartz countertops, and a marble tile backsplash.
We touched nearly every room on the first level of this home, including building an all new kitchen, 2 new fireplaces, all new flooring and paint… this home feels entirely different now!
