This lakefront project began with a design package — giving the homeowner a full 3D build-out of her new deck before a single board was cut. Starting from that vision, we expanded the existing deck to nearly double its original footprint and added a new staircase connecting both levels.

On the lower level, we installed stained and stamped concrete flooring, stone-wrapped posts, and a new outdoor kitchen outfitted with stainless steel cabinets and granite countertops. Two new windows were added to bring in natural light and frame the lake views.

The upper deck features Trex composite decking, a metal railing system, and a stained pine tongue-and-groove ceiling. Multiple ceiling fans keep the space comfortable through the summer.
