Whole-House Remodel Near Eagle Mountain Lake
The lakehouse renovation extended well beyond the deck out back. Out front, the entry was transformed from a plain concrete stoop into a proper covered porch with stained wood columns, a gabled cedar ceiling, and a set of stained wood French doors with decorative glass for privacy. The change is significant — what reads in the before as a nondescript lakehouse entrance now has the kind of arrival moment the property deserves.
Inside, the kitchen received a patrial refresh with new quartz countertops, an updated tile backsplash, and under-cabinet lighting. We removed some of the upper row of cabinets to create an island, opening up the kitchen.
We transformed a closet downstairs into a full bathroom — built from scratch. The finished result includes a frameless glass walk-in shower tiled floor to ceiling and a dark prefab vanity with quartz top.
Taken together with the deck expansion, this project touched every exterior face and most of the main living areas of the home.
